Pointing & Repointing (Tuckpointing)
Restore and protect your brickwork from the elements.

Pointing and repointing, also known as tuckpointing, is one of the most critical maintenance services for brick structures. Harsh winters cause mortar joints to crack, crumble, and deteriorate over time, allowing water infiltration that can cause serious structural damage.
Our skilled craftsmen carefully remove deteriorated mortar to the proper depth without damaging surrounding bricks, then fill joints with fresh, color-matched mortar. For historic properties, we use lime-based mortars that are compatible with older brick.
Regular repointing extends the life of your brickwork by decades and prevents costly water damage. We recommend inspecting mortar joints every 5-10 years, especially on exposed walls and areas subject to heavy weather.
